A few words about
What We Do
Our Services and programs
We provide safety, education and a network of support to empower women and children
Mental health services
We run peer support groups and individualized counseling for migrant women affected by abusive relationships
We provide a variety of free and confidential supportive direct services for anyone experiencing domestic violence. One does not need to leave an abusive relationship in order to receive help from us.
RESIDENTIAL shelters
We provide long-term shelter with holistic services for women and children who are not safe in their own homes or fleeing abuse
The shelter offers a range of services to provide immediate safety, meet the needs of the survivors and to help them gain independence. The services include case management, safety planning, individual counseling, support groups, advocacy, food, clothing, crisis intervention, referral, and vocational support and pathways for jobs.
Community Engagement & Education
We strengthen migrant communities through education and awareness
FRP offers parenting classes on positive discipline, child safety workshops on safe and unsafe touch, and GBV/domestic violence classes that provide families with healthy, non-violent tools to build safer homes.
Through sewing, Thai language, financial literacy, and job readiness training, women gain vocational skills and pathways to safe, dignified work—building independence for their families and futures.
Strengthening Families- male mentorship
We address the root causes of violence through male mentorship
We prioritize women’s and children’s safety by addressing the root causes of violence. We mentor men who have used violence, promoting accountability and non-violent behavior to build safer homes.
If you are interested in making an impact in the lives of women and children, consider becoming a monthly financial partner with FRP. We could not do what we do without the help of each individual on our team and our global financial partners.
